Love's Call

When thy beckoned I follow,
Though the path seemed hard and steep
Unto the seasons unknown,
To uncover laughter and weep

When thy spoke, I believed
Though I knew it could shatter my dreams
I lay as the north wind lays autumn leaves
As you caressed my quivering screams

And I stood there naked, in desire
To melt and be like a running brook,
That sings it's melody to the night.

Coz I had laughed, but not all my laughter
And I had wept, but not all my tears...

To descend and seek love's pain and pleasure
To be wounded and cried in joy,
To know the pain of too much tenderness
To willingly bleed and die..
